Jackson’s launched its first 30-count Avocado Oil Variety Snack Pack at Natural Products Expo West, marking the brand’s entry into the club and bulk retail format with a multipack designed for family-sized purchasing occasions.
The variety pack combines three of the company’s snack formats — Sweet Potato Chips, Kettle Potato Chips and Super Veggie Straws — all cooked in avocado oil and marketed as gluten-free, vegan and free from the top nine allergens.
The variety pack is built to serve club, grocery and mass retail channels seeking bulk and grab-and-go snack options. Multipacks are available now online through SnackJacksons.com and Amazon, with rollout planned into Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Whole Foods and Thrive Market throughout 2026.
Co-Founders Megan and Scott Reamer said the new format reflects where consumer demand is heading. “From our early days in our home kitchen to international retail expansion, we’ve stayed committed to doing things differently,” the Reamers said. “This award reflects that commitment.”
Supporting the expanded multipack portfolio is a second production facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, featuring a high-speed automated multipack production line and additional warehouse space. The investment significantly increases capacity, enhances operational efficiency and enables the brand to stay ahead of accelerating demand across national retail channels.
Super Veggie Straws’ momentum
The Expo West debut also put a spotlight on Jackson’s Super Veggie Straws, which launched in 2025 and are now expanding nationally. The straws are made with avocado oil and a base of real vegetables, with the brand positioning them as a differentiated alternative to conventional veggie straws rather than simply replicating the same base in a different oil.
At Sam’s Club, the Super Veggie Straws are launching in a new 24-count multipack on online at Sam’s Club, featuring eight single-serve bags each of Sea Salt, Cheddar and Ranch flavors.
