Natural Grocers plans to open its first store in Wisconsin this spring, located off North Edwards Boulevard in Lake Geneva.
Lakewood, Colorado-based organic and natural grocery retailer will host a community meet-and-greet Feb. 17 and a two-day hiring event Feb. 18-19 at The Geneva Inn conference rooms, about 10 minutes from the new store location.
It is hiring for multiple positions, including store manager, assistant store manager and department managers, including nutritional health coach, body care, dairy/frozen, grocery/bulk, produce, receiving and vitamins.
Birthday bonus pay continues founder’s tradition
The Natural Grocers Vitamin Bucks program provides crew members with an extra $1 per hour worked as in-store credit. The company also provides birthday bonus pay equal to one day’s wages.
Employees receive store discounts and credits of up to 30 percent on products. The grocery products sold by Natural Grocers may not contain artificial flavors, preservatives or sweeteners, synthetic colors or partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated oils.
