Harmons Grocery has promoted several executives following company retirements.
Lori Nigh
The grocer has promoted Lori Nigh to EVP and COO following the retirement of Paul Adamson, who served 22 years as EVP of operations at the West Valley City, Utah-based grocer.
Nigh most recently served as VP of sales, where she advanced Harmons’ business performance and strengthened key relationships. In her new role, she will oversee operations across the company and drive strategies that enhance execution, service, quality products and results.
Danerish Root
Danerish Root has been selected as Harmons’ new VP of sales. Root brings experience and a track record of results, having been a driving force behind the success of Harmons Central Production. Her leadership and operational understanding will guide sales strategy and strengthen partnerships that deliver value to customers and vendors.
Harmons also promoted Mike Arbuckle to senior director of center store, a newly created position reflecting the importance of center store strategy and continued investment in category growth. Arbuckle will provide leadership to strengthen assortment, merchandising and supplier alignment while supporting an elevated shopping experience across all stores.
Mike Adamson
Mike Adamson’s retirement follows 22 years of service at Harmons Grocery. His contributions helped shape Harmons’ success across the company and stores.
