BJ’s Wholesale Club will open its sixth store in Tennessee on Jan. 30 at 401 Northgate Mall Drive in Chattanooga. An on-site BJ’s Gas station opened Jan. 14.

The 39,500-square-foot club will offer fresh foods, produce, full-service deli items, bakery goods, household essentials, home décor, pet supplies, toys and consumer electronics.
Members can access curbside or in-club pickup, same-day delivery and shipping through its website. The ExpressPay feature through the BJ’s mobile app allows members to scan products while shopping and skip the checkout line.
BJ’s is partnering with the Chattanooga Area Food Bank by donating produce, meat, dairy products and other items to support the community. The company has worked with Feeding America and its network of food banks for more than 15 years, providing more than 155 million meals for those in need.
“At the heart of this partnership is a shared goal to nourish our community,” said Melissa Blevins, president and CEO of the food bank. “The contributions from BJ’s will make a meaningful difference for neighbors facing hunger across our region, and partnerships like this are essential to ensuring no one goes without.”
Shoppers can join with limited-time founding membership offers available through Jan. 29. A one-year BJ’s Club membership is $40 with BJ’s Easy Renewal and earns a $10 reward for each $100 or more spent during the first 90 days of club opening.
A one-year BJ’s Club+ membership is available for $80 with BJ’s Easy Renewal and earns a $15 reward for each $100 or more spent during the first 90 days. Club+ members receive 5 cents off per gallon at BJ’s Gas and earn 2 percent back in rewards on most BJ’s purchases.
