Harps Food Stores has made several leadership appointments following the retirement of Randall Harp, who served as VP of warehouse operations and grocery procurement.

The promotions include Shannon Kincade to VP of center store merchandising, Josh Cleveland to director of grocery retail management, Mike J. Roberts to director of warehouse operations and Ashley Winget to director of general merchandise.

Kincade joined Harps in 1985 as a part-time sacker/stocker at Mountain Home, Arkansas. From there, he transferred to Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1992.

Later that year, Kincade accepted an assistant general merchandise manager position and has served in numerous positions since, such as general merchandise manager, general merchandise specialist, director of general merchandise and most recently VP of general merchandise.

Cleveland began his career with Harps in March 2011 as a stocker and cashier in Springdale, Arkansas. He advanced to customer service manager and receiver before transitioning to the accounting department in 2015, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Arkansas.

In 2017, Cleveland joined the Harps Distribution Center as part of the grocery buying team, where he has served as a grocery buyer and category manager. In his new role, Cleveland will focus on supporting continued growth and strengthening Harps’ market position.

Roberts received a bachelor’s degree in transportation and logistics from the University of Arkansas in 2004. He started his career at Harps in 2001 in Mountain Home as a stocker. From there, he held several roles, including closing manager and manager trainee before taking a grocery manager position in Springdale in 2006.

Roberts was promoted to store manager in 2007 in Springdale, going on to manage locations in Centerton and Rogers before being promoted to DSD specialist/grocery buyer at Harps Distribution Center in Springdale in 2016. Roberts was promoted to director of DSD in 2022 before adding director of warehouse operations to his role in 2026.

Winget began her career with Harps in 2002 as a cashier in Salina, Oklahoma, and has built a career in retail leadership. According to the company, she has excelled in roles including grocery manager, store manager and regional general merchandise supervisor.

Winget also has completed the Developing Authentic Leaders Course and earned a Retail Management Certificate from Umpqua Community College.

David Ganoung, SVP of marketing and chief marketing officer at Harps Food Stores, expressed his thanks for Harp’s service to the company.
