Schnucks Lindenwood

Schnucks has begun a comprehensive renovation of its Lindenwood store in St. Charles, Missouri, with completion expected by late summer 2026. The remodel will update the 71,000-square-foot location with expanded departments and improved customer amenities.

The project includes expanding the dairy, frozen foods and deli kitchen departments, along with adding a new floral section. The store will receive updated fixtures across produce, deli, bakery, meat and seafood departments, plus new shelving and improved lighting on the fresh side. Infrastructure improvements include a renovated vestibule with a second entrance door, an updated checkout experience and renovated customer restrooms.

“We thank our St. Charles-area customers for their continued patronage and appreciate their patience as we work to bring them a newly-renovated store and an updated shopping experience,” said Store Manager Bob Higgins. “Throughout the remodel, delivering excellent customer service will remain the top priority of both myself and the entire Schnucks Lindenwood team.”

The store, which employs 121 teammates, opened in 2014 as a replacement for Schnucks’ nearby South Duchesne Road location originally acquired from National Supermarkets in 1995. During construction, the store will maintain its regular hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with continued availability of Schnucks Delivers and Curbside Pickup through Instacart and DoorDash delivery services.

Schnucks operates 113 stores across Missouri, Illinois and Indiana and ranks as the 13th largest privately-owned grocer in the U.S., according to Forbes’ 2025 rankings.
