BJ’s Wholesale Club will hold a grand opening of its newest club Jan. 23 in Selma, North Carolina, marking another milestone in its ongoing expansion across the Southeast.
The new club at 370 Trinity Springs Lane is the company’s 11th location in North Carolina and includes an on-site BJ’s Gas station, which began serving customers Jan. 7. The club model combines grocery, fresh foods, household essentials, pet supplies, toys and more under one roof, with members typically saving up to 25 percent compared with traditional grocery prices.
“BJ’s Wholesale Club is dedicated to serving the families who depend on us,” said Amanda Sullivan, club manager, Selma BJ’s Wholesale Club.
“We can’t wait to bring unbeatable value and savings of up to 25 percent off grocery store prices every day to the Selma community. Our convenient shopping options, like curbside pickup and same-day grocery delivery, help members save time as well as money.”
To support the community, BJ’s has partnered with Inter‑Faith Food Shuttle to regularly donate fresh produce, meat, dairy and other products, underscoring the retailer’s long-standing commitment to charitable giving through local relationships.
“We’re thrilled to expand our partnership with BJ’s Wholesale Club as it opens a new location in Selma,” said L. Ron Pringle, president and CEO of Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. “BJ’s commitment and support are invaluable as we work to address food insecurity in our communities.”
Members at the new club can access multiple shopping formats, including curbside pickup, in-club pickup, same-day delivery and shipping via BJ’s digital channels. In-club features also include ExpressPay through the BJ’s app, allowing shoppers to scan items and bypass checkout lines.
New membership offers are available, including reduced introductory pricing with BJ’s Easy Renewal options.
