NCR has introduced a new AI-accelerated suite of applications designed to enhance its Voyix Commerce Platform, leveraging artificial intelligence to help retailers improve customer engagement, streamline operations and drive incremental revenue.
The expanded suite integrates large language models and machine learning into core commerce functions, enabling retailers to deliver more personalized experiences across digital and in-store channels. NCR said the tools are engineered to support use cases such as intelligent recommendations, dynamic content generation, automated customer communication and advanced analytics — all powered by its enterprise commerce backbone.

NCR said the AI applications will help merchants analyze customer preferences, tailor offers and streamline merchandising decisions with greater speed and relevance.
According to NCR, early adopters of the AI-enhanced platform have already used the tools to improve personalization at checkout, automate manual workflows and generate contextual product recommendations that align with shopper behavior and preferences.
NCR said the Voyix AI suite is part of its broader mission to modernize retail commerce systems by integrating emerging technologies that reduce complexity and unlock new avenues for revenue growth.
