The National Confectioners Association (NCA) has named the 11th class of participants in its Future Leadership Program, a professional development initiative designed to support the next generation of leaders in the confectionery industry.
The program — established to nurture emerging talent and strengthen leadership pipelines across companies involved in chocolate, candy and gum — brings together a select group of professionals for yearlong training, networking and mentorship opportunities. Participants represent a range of roles and organizations across the confectionery supply chain, offering diverse perspectives on product development, marketing, operations and category growth.
Over the course of the year, members of the Future Leadership Program will engage in curriculum focused on industry trends, strategic thinking and leadership skills, as well as peer learning sessions and connections with senior executives. The NCA said the initiative reflects its commitment to cultivating talent and fostering sustained innovation within the confectionery sector.
The 2026 class includes:
- Isabel Coté, director of trade marketing, Storck USA LP
- Ashley Giovinazzo, senior manager, Regulatory, Ferrara
- Ginny Landt, technical sales manager, Mantrose-Haeuser Co. Inc.
- Sarah Mann, R&D manager and product expert, Barry Callebaut Group
- Regina Melton, business manager, CSN | HWY Partners – Premier Specialty

The new cohort will take part in educational events, networking opportunities and mentorship throughout 2026, with an agenda shaped to pair strategic insights with real-world application. The NCA said the program helps participants expand their industry knowledge while strengthening leadership capabilities that drive individual and business success.
