Non-alcoholic FitVine Free wine with functional benefits, including adaptogens like ginseng and passionflower and electrolytes like potassium and magnesium, launches January 2026.

O’Neill Vintners & Distillers‘ FitVine Wine brand has launched FitVine Free, which the company says is the first functional verjus-based non-alcoholic wine on the market.

The Certified B Corp company said FitVine Free was created for consumers who want to enjoy the ritual and flavor of wine without alcohol, added sugar or excess calories.

Unlike many non-alcoholic wines that begin as fully fermented wine and then have the alcohol removed, FitVine Free is crafted from California verjus, an early-harvest grape juice prized for its natural vibrancy and freshness. Real fruit juice is layered in to deliver functional benefits, including electrolytes like potassium and magnesium to support hydration.

“We saw an opportunity to lead the category forward – not just with non-alcoholic wine but with a functional option that delivers on flavor, quality and nearly half the price of most other wines in this category,” said Jeff O’Neill, founder and CEO.

Lineup Details

The FitVine Free lineup includes three styles. Power Red, made with Petite Sirah, features blackberry, plum, blueberry and oak notes along with a subtle infusion of adaptogens including ginseng, passionflower and other botanicals traditionally associated with balance and resilience. Sparkling White, made with Chardonnay, offers ripe apple, peach, oak and white tea flavors. Sparkling Rosé, made with Pinot Noir, features raspberry, strawberry and citrus blossom.

Each selection contains less than 0.5 percent ABV, no sugar added and 35 calories or less per serving.
