Birdzi, a provider of personalized marketing and customer intelligence technology for food retailers, has introduced Journey, a solution that enables grocers to automatically create customized shopper journeys across digital and in-store channels.

Journey is designed to help them deliver relevant, data-driven experiences by automating promotional messaging and offers tailored to individual shopping behavior.

According to Birdzi, the solution uses machine learning and integrated customer insights to identify key moments in a shopper’s lifecycle – such as lapsed visits, new loyalty enrollment or seasonal needs – and then deploys personalized engagements intended to drive repeat trips and stronger loyalty.
