Natural Grocers has announced plans to open a new store in Rock Springs, Wyoming, this spring, marking the retailer’s third location in the state and expanding its organic and natural grocery footprint in the region.
The upcoming location is slated for White Mountain Mall, a community hub known for its mix of retail and dining, and represents the company’s commitment to bringing organic, natural and affordable products to underserved markets. Natural Grocers said the store will offer its full assortment of groceries, body care items and dietary supplements that meet the company’s strict quality standards.
In advance of the opening, Natural Grocers has scheduled a community meet-and-greet event on Jan. 13 and a hiring event on Jan. 14-15, both at the Holiday Inn Rock Springs by IHG. The sessions will introduce residents to the company’s founding principles, corporate history and available job opportunities ahead of the store’s launch.
The hiring event is expected to fill positions including store manager, assistant store manager, nutritional health coach, produce manager, grocery/bulk manager, vitamin manager and cashier roles, with competitive pay ranging from hourly rates to salaried opportunities.
Natural Grocers also highlighted benefits offered to its good4u crew members, such as competitive wages, a Vitamin Bucks program that provides additional in-store credit for hours worked, birthday bonus pay, store discounts and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) savings plan.
The Rock Springs store will join Natural Grocers’ network of 168 locations across 21 states, serving communities with certified organic produce, pasture-raised dairy, non-GMO pantry items and extensive free nutrition education programs grounded in the company’s founding principles.
