Grocery retail technology provider Ravyx has entered into a strategic partnership with Eagle Business Technology, a Florida-based retail technology services firm, to strengthen technology deployment, service responsiveness and operational support for grocers across Florida.
The collaboration brings together Ravyx’s enterprise-level grocery technology platforms with Eagle Business Technology’s established field-service presence and regional expertise. Florida remains one of the fastest-growing and most competitive grocery markets in the country, placing increasing demands on retailers for reliable, scalable and responsive technology infrastructure.
“Florida is a market where speed, reliability and customer experience define success,” said Farrell McKenna, U.S. president of Ravyx.
“Eagle Business Technology has built a strong reputation by delivering dependable field service, advanced scale and POS deployments, and long-standing relationships with retailers. By combining our tier-one technology ecosystem with Eagle’s on-the-ground expertise, we’re enabling a seamless support model that delivers tremendous value to Florida grocers.”
Under the partnership, the two companies will jointly support independent retailers and multi-store chains with integrated grocery POS systems, scale management, system deployments and ongoing technical service. The alliance also positions Ravyx and Eagle to offer a more comprehensive, turnkey approach for new store openings and remodels, encompassing store design, technology installation and long-term operational support.
For more than a decade, Eagle Business Technology has worked with grocery operators throughout Florida, providing system implementation, hardware installation and rapid-response onsite service. By aligning with Ravyx, Eagle gains access to a broader portfolio of grocery-focused technology solutions while maintaining its localized service model.
“At Eagle, our mission has always been to empower retailers with the tools, technology and support they need to operate efficiently and confidently,” said Alejandro Girardo, CEO of Eagle Business Technology.
“By partnering with Ravyx, we combine Eagle’s operational strength, regional presence and customer relationships with Ravyx’s sophisticated grocery technology. Together, we are enhancing the service landscape for Florida retailers and building a platform that supports long-term regional growth.”
The partnership is designed to help retailers modernize store operations, streamline technology upgrades and prepare for future expansion in a rapidly evolving retail environment. Both companies emphasized that the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation, dependable service and long-term customer relationships as Florida’s grocery sector continues to grow and evolve.
