Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage is expanding its private-label portfolio with a series of recent product launches aimed at meeting seasonal demand while reinforcing its commitment to quality, transparency and value.
From limited-edition holiday offerings to everyday pantry staples and wellness products, the specialty grocer is introducing new items across multiple categories, reflecting a broader strategy to deliver responsibly sourced products at accessible price points for customers nationwide.

Beef sticks and bites
Natural Grocers has introduced new private-label snacks: Beef Sticks and Bites. Made with 100 percent grass-fed beef that’s hand-cut and hand-packaged, these four new varieties provide protein for finishing a workout or a long-work day.
The offerings include two new grass-fed beef sticks and two new pouches of grass-fed beef bites, available in original and jalapeño flavors.
“Our house brand is more than just a label, it’s a reflection of our family’s values,” said Raquel Isely, VP of marketing at Natural Grocers.
“Many beef jerky sticks and snacks on the market claim to be grass fed but lack certification. Our beef sticks and bites are source verified to ensure traceability from the ranch to your pantry. We’re proud to bring these new offerings to our shelves, delivering top-notch taste, trusted quality and affordability.”
Winter Coffees
The seasonal organics offerings — Holiday Spice and Dark Chocolate Mint — are part of Natural Grocers’ private-label coffee lineup, which the company says reflects its longstanding commitment to responsible sourcing and high-quality products. The limited-edition coffees are made exclusively from 100 percent Arabica beans sourced from organic and Fair Trade Certified farms and are offered under the retailer’s house brand.
Both seasonal roasts are crafted in small batches and aim to capture the flavors of the holiday season. Holiday Spice combines cinnamon and nutmeg, while Dark Chocolate Mint pairs bright peppermint with dark chocolate.
The coffees are priced at $10.99 per 10-ounce bag, with an {N}power member price of $9.99 per 10-ounce bag. The company shared that the seasonal coffees pair well with other Natural Grocers Brand products such as organic chocolate and dark chocolate almonds.
Essential Oils
Natural Grocers has expanded its private-label body care offerings with the launch of essential oils, introducing 10 certified-organic scents.
The essential oil collection is formulated without additives, residual solvents, fillers or preservatives and is responsibly sourced and cruelty-free. The varieties are designed to deliver quality and aromatic potency suitable for seasonal enjoyment and everyday use beyond the holidays.
The oils are available at all 168 Natural Grocers locations nationwide. The assortment spans a range of popular and classic oil profiles — from cinnamon and tea tree to lemon, lavender and peppermint — providing options across scent preferences.

Natural Grocers highlighted the collection’s certified-organic credentials and quality standards as part of its broader private-label strategy, which has grown to include hundreds of high-quality items in grocery, body care and wellness categories. The retailer noted that the essential oils are crafted with an alcohol-free production process and are responsibly sourced and bottled in the U.S. from globally sourced ingredients.
The organic essential oil lineup joins other recent additions to the Natural Grocers Brand, such as limited-edition winter coffees and specialty pantry products, reinforcing the company’s focus on product innovation within its house brands.
Pickles and relishes
Natural Grocers has added three new non-GMO Project Verified pickles and relishes, adding fresh options to its private-label product offerings.
The additions to the retailer’s pantry include Kosher Dill Spears Pickles, Bread & Butter Slices Pickles and Sweet Relish — each certified non-GMO and made without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. The company said the new products are crafted to deliver crisp texture and traditional flavor profiles, appealing to shoppers who prioritize clean ingredients and transparency in sourcing.
Natural Grocers highlighted that the expanded pickle and relish line rounds out its assortment of condiments and pantry staples developed under strict quality standards. The products are priced to make everyday natural and organic choices more accessible to customers across the retailer’s more than 160-store footprint.
The rollout supports Natural Grocers’ broader mission to expand its private-label offerings in ways that align with evolving consumer preferences for familiar foods made with recognizable ingredients.
