Lakeland, Florida-based Publix Super Markets has been named by Fortune as one of the best workplaces for women in 2025, one of just two grocery retailers on the large companies list.

In a survey conducted by Great Place to Work, women were asked about their experiences in the workplace, focusing on their ability to thrive professionally, opportunities for advancement and feeling valued.
