Parker’s Kitchen, a convenience store and foodservice company headquartered in Savannah, Georgia, has promoted John Rudolfs to co-CEO and John Rhine to CFO in an effort to leverage the strengths of the company’s top leadership.

Rudolfs will share CEO duties with Brandon Hofmann as they work together to optimize operations and support strategic growth.

“As we continue to grow, we’re making strategic adjustments to our senior leadership team that are designed to help us work even more collaboratively,” said Parker’s Kitchen Founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker.

“As a result, it’s my pleasure to announce two well-deserved promotions that have been unanimously recommended by the Parker’s Kitchen Board of Directors and are effective immediately.

“Together, Brandon and John will be focused on ensuring excellence in everything we do, from award-winning foodservice to outstanding customer service. I look forward to seeing the impressive results that will come from this extraordinary leadership model.”

Rudolfs joined Parker’s Kitchen in 2021 as the chief development officer and was named president and CFO earlier this year. A former U.S. Navy officer, he previously served as chief development officer for MAPCO and EVP for Murphy Oil Corporation/Murphy USA.

As the company’s new CFO, Rhine will lead its financial strategy and execution. He joined the company in 2020 as financial planning and analysis analyst and later helped secure a $1.1 billion loan to finance its growth plans.

Parker’s Kitchen operates 103 stores across Georgia and South Carolina, has more than 1,800 employees and completes 1.1 million transactions every week. The company is expanding into new markets, including Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Jacksonville, Florida; and Columbia, South Carolina.
