Upside loyalty members

The Upside app is now available in Spanish, expanding access for millions of Spanish-speaking consumers and bilingual families across the U.S. Current users whose device language is set to Spanish will automatically see the app in their preferred language, making it easier than ever to earn cash back on everyday purchases. 

To help raise awareness, Heritage Grocers Group (HGG) is partnering with Upside on a co-branded campaign to promote the app in Spanish. The effort includes co-branded radio ads, Spanish-language media, social content and in-store touchpoints. 

“This update makes the Upside app even more accessible and creates new incremental profit for our retail partners,” said Alex Kinnier, co-founder and CEO of Upside. “We’re excited to work with Heritage Grocers Group to help spread the word in the communities they know best.” 

HGG’s strong community ties make it an ideal partner to ensure Hispanic families know how to take advantage of Upside in Spanish. Its on-the-ground presence complements Upside’s reach, helping to connect more customers with more value.

With the Spanish-language expansion, Upside is extending that reach even further, ensuring retailers can meet more customers where they are and bring more traffic into stores.
