Lin’s Market broke ground on its eighth store Sept. 19, a 65,000-square-foot location in Enoch, Utah, that will feature a drive-thru pharmacy, Arctic Circle restaurant, Starbucks and an Ace Hardware.
For more than 50 years, Lin’s has offered quality food, friendly service and strong community partnerships. The groundbreaking ceremony highlighted those values as leaders shared their excitement for what’s ahead.
Greg Welling, VP of retail operations for Associated Retail Operations (ARO), emphasized that the project is about more than just construction. “We’re investing in a future where food, service and connection intersect in powerful ways,” he said.
VP of Construction Jared Mitchell spoke about the timeline, noting that work begins this fall with a grand opening planned foor next summer.
“These projects don’t happen without great collaboration, and we’re grateful for every hand helping bring this store to life,” he said.
From a design perspective, Jade Romano, senior marketing specialist, explained how the new store will feel modern, warm and personal. “We want guests to feel trusted, cared for and excited the moment they walk in,” she said.
District Manager Steve Holm reflected on what this means for the brand: “With every new location, we’re raising the bar on what it means to be a community-focused grocer. Enoch is an important part of that future.”
