IBIE 2025

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) returns to Las Vegas Sept. 13-17, bringing together the baking industry’s executives, manufacturers and artisans under one roof.

Designed by the industry, IBIE’s mission is to equip attendees with the tools, knowledge and connections they need to move forward and be prepared for what’s next.

This year’s event features more than 1,000 manufacturers and suppliers from around the globe, showcasing the full supply chain for baking and food manufacturing. From technology and equipment to ingredients and packaging solutions, IBIE is the place to find the latest advancements that are shaping the future of baking.

Education remains a cornerstone of IBIE, with its largest program yet featuring more than 250 IBIEducate sessions and demos included with every registration.
