Among the new items making their debut, all with a focus on clean ingredients and easy preparation, are:

  • Roasted Chicken Strips: Fully cooked and seasoned, these strips are designed for salads, wraps or as a main dish. They’ll come in four globally inspired flavors;
  • Chicken Stuffed Meatballs: A fresh take on a classic, promising both convenience and an indulgent bite;
  • Roasted Vegetables: Side dishes ready for hot or cold bars, or to be bundled into complete meals; and
  • International Flavors: An expanding range under the Mama’s Creations brand, including options like Korean Barbecue meatballs, Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice.

The company’s products also will be highlighted in IDDBA’s “What’s in Store Live,” an immersive deli experience that showcases real-world applications of versatile food items.

“These aren’t just new items – they’re strategic capabilities for our retail partners to drive variety, simplify operations and differentiate their deli presence,” said Lauren Sella, chief marketing officer for Mama’s Creations. “Our focus is on helping retailers win across the full spectrum of deli needs.”

Sella noted that while the company is known for its signature meatballs, grilled chicken and pasta meal kits, it continues to broaden its reach.

“We continue to expand our presence in grocery, club, mass and convenience channels with a growing variety of branded and private label options.”
