The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) 2025 Show is set to take place June 1-3 in New Orleans, promising a dynamic experience filled with trend insights, hands-on demonstrations and interactive education.
A highlight of the annual event, What’s in Store Live, returns to the expo floor, offering attendees an immersive look at the latest innovations shaping the dairy, deli, bakery and foodservice industries.
What’s in Store Live: Where Data Meets Experience
This experiential area brings to life the insights published in IDDBA’s What’s in Store digital resource, transforming data and forecasts into real-world displays, tastings and actionable inspiration.
Attendees can explore trend-forward displays, sample new products and connect with industry professionals – all while celebrating the programs and initiatives IDDBA supports year-round, such as scholarships, internships, certifications and training opportunities.
Salumi’d: A Celebration of Charcuterie Craft
A must-see event within What’s in Store Live, Salumi’d showcases the art and skill of IDDBA Certified Charcuterie Professionals.
Set on the Education Live stage June 1-2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., this charcuterie showdown features salumieres expertly crafting boards that delight both the eyes and palate. The certification program continues to grow, offering opportunities both in-person at the show and virtually year-round.
Cake’d: The Third Annual Cake Art Competition
Returning for its third year, Cake’d will feature four finalists selected from a record-breaking 125 entries. These top-tier cake artists will compete live at IDDBA 2025 for the title of Cake’d Grand Champion.
Attendees can vote for the Fan Favorite Award via the IDDBA app, while a panel of expert judges will determine the overall winner based on design, execution, and creativity.
