Coborn’s has shared that fifth-generation family member Emily Coborn Wright was promoted to president May 21.
Her promotion marks a milestone in the company’s continued growth and legacy, as she brings a lifelong commitment to its mission, backed by a record of operational excellence, innovation and strategic leadership.
Throughout her career at Coborn’s Inc., she has served in a variety of key roles, including communications manager, director of Topco programs, district manager and VP roles in fresh merchandising and operations. Most recently, she served as SVP of growth initiatives.
“Emily has literally grown up in this business,” Chris Coborn said. “Her passion, commitment and leadership have been evident in every step of her career. I couldn’t be prouder to welcome her as president and see her carry forward our legacy with vision and purpose.”
Coborn Wright said it is an honor to “assume the role and carry forward the Coborn legacy of stewardship and innovation that has shaped our company” over the past 104 years.
