Bowling Green, Kentucky-based Houchens Food Group Inc. (HFG), a wholly owned subsidiary of Houchens Industries, has entered the Indiana Save A Lot market by acquiring stores in three cities – Princeton, Sullivan and Vincennes.

With the expansion, more than 60 employees at the three stores will join the HFG family, becoming future employee-owners through the Houchens Industries Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
