Brookshire Grocery Co. has promoted Jerry LeClair to COO and hired Mandy Tomlin as EVP and CFO.
LeClair will oversee retail operations, marketing, category management, merchandising, logistics and facility services. He joined the BGC executive team in 2019 as EVP – chief merchant officer and retail.

LeClair began his career at Albertsons and later spent 13 years at Harris Teeter, rising to SVP of merchandising. Before joining BGC, he also served six years at Giant Eagle in roles including EVP of sales, merchandising and marketing, and EVP and general manager of supermarket/market district.

Tomlin brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across the retail industry, previously serving as CFO for HAC Inc. (Homeland) in Oklahoma City. She also spent more than two decades at Albertsons Cos., serving in senior leadership roles, including CFO and corporate VP of financial planning and analysis.
Tomlin has served as a board member on the Texas Retailers Association and as a committee member for the FMI Financial Executives and the Retail Finance Leaders Roundtable. A licensed Certified Public Accountant, she has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration.
