Bungee Tech Clear Demand merger

Clear Demand and Bungee Tech have merged to create one AI-powered pricing optimization and competitive intelligence platform.

The merger combines Clear Demand’s price and promotion optimization solutions with Bungee Tech’s advanced competitive intelligence program. The combined company will operate under the Clear Demand name.

Alex Moorhead, executive chairman of Clear Demand, is the company’s CEO. Bungee Tech co-founder Rajat Nigam serves as chief product officer. Clear Demand co-founder James A. Sills will continue as president. In today’s hyper-competitive retail landscape, companies gain a competitive advantage by converting data into actionable insights, especially for critical operating decisions.
