Publix Honors 12 Employees With Company’s Highest Awards

Publix bestows company's highest awards on 12 employees

Lakeland, Florida-based Publix Super Markets has named the recipients of its 2024 George W. Jenkins Award and 2024 President’s Award.

These retail and support leaders were recognized at this year’s annual Publix retail operations conference in Orlando, Florida.

George W. Jenkins Award

The George W. Jenkins Award is named after Publix’s founder. Recipients of this award exemplify leadership, perpetuate the Publix culture and demonstrate commitment to his ideals.

“It’s an honor to recognize and work alongside these incredible Publix leaders,” said Publix CEO Kevin Murphy. “They embody our culture and live the lessons of our founder each and every day for our associates and customers.”

President’s Award

Publix’s President’s Award recipients are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. They also are role models by demonstrating exemplary leadership.

“These outstanding leaders are dedicated to their teams and helping them grow their careers with our company,” said Publix President John Goff. “It’s an honor to recognize them for the way they inspire, motivate and mentor their associates.”

The 2024 recipients are
