Skogen’s Festival Foods will hold a grand opening Nov. 8 for a new store at 1616 Crest View Drive in Hudson, Wisconsin, its 42nd location in the state.

The Hudson Festival Foods store will offer a made-from-scratch bakery; an extensive meat selection and the largest selection of seafood in Wisconsin; an award-winning deli with a Picadeli salad bar; a hot food bar; beer, wine and spirits; and natural and organic products. With an estimated 200 employees, the store also will offer catering services, Click N Go online shopping and store pick-up.

Like many of Festival’s newer locations, the Hudson store will have energy-efficient equipment. It will also include space for the Heroes Café, where veterans can meet weekly for coffee, doughnuts and conversation, as well as a Brat Stand for nonprofit fundraisers. In addition, it will have an indoor Caribou Coffee kiosk.

The event comes on the heels of another store opening Sept. 20 in Kimberly, Wisconsin.
