Coborn’s Inc., the parent company of Cash Wise Foods, has scheduled the grand reopening of the Jamestown Cash Wise shopping campus, located at 410 10th St. SE in Jamestown, North Dakota, for Sept. 25. The grocer recently completed enhancements to the store, including a larger product selection and a focus on freshness and convenience.
“We’re excited to unveil our newly remodeled Cash Wise Foods in Jamestown, offering our guests a refreshed, modern shopping experience with a larger product selection and variety,” said Dennis Host, SVP of marketing and communications at Coborn’s. “We’re proud to invest in this wonderful community that has supported us for the past 12 years.”
The project began in August 2023 with the construction of a new fuel center. It opened last fall, allowing customers to take advantage of the MORE Fuel Rewards program. They can now save $0.01 per gallon for every $10 spent on groceries, plus earn fuel reward savings on items purchased as well as promotional events.
The remodel project also includes doubling the size of the liquor store to accommodate a much larger assortment, and the addition of a new Caribou Coffee with in-store seating, drive-thru and order-ahead capabilities.
Other upgrades to the store include expanded and enhanced produce, meat, deli, bakery and center store departments, giving guests a fresher and larger product selection.
The store’s exterior also underwent a refresh, including a new parking lot and updated signage.
In addition, Ace Hardware was expanded to the east end of the shopping campus. The hardware store opened this past spring.
“We know this project took time, and we sincerely thank our guests for their patience during the process,” said Sarah O’Heron, store director. “The store guests know and love is still here, but now with exciting enhancements that make it even better. With a fresh look and new features, we’re confident these improvements will make our guests’ shopping experience more enjoyable than ever.”
A grand reopening event with a ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25. Visitors can celebrate with product samples and demonstrations, giveaways and special offers.
