Save A Lot To Open Converted Store Sept. 18 In Martin, TN

Save A Lot will hold a grand opening Sept. 18 for a converted store at 145 Commons Drive in Martin, Tennessee.

“We are excited to bring the Save A Lot banner to Martin residents,” said Nick Flippin, VP of operations for E.W. James Group.

“We believe this community deserves high quality food at a value price point that works for them while still enjoying the benefits of a locally-operated, family-run grocery. The Save A Lot brand helps us deliver that to our neighbors in Martin and we can’t wait to have people experience this new option in town.”

The festivities will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Leadership from store ownership E.W. James Group will be joined by officials with the Martin Business Association and the Weakley County Chamber of Commerce.

The store will then give away a free bag of groceries to the first 100 people in line. From 10 a.m.-2 p.m., customers can enjoy a cookout in the parking lot with free samples, including ribeye sandwiches.

Save A Lot stores focus on offering low prices on high quality private label brands, as well as national brand products, USDA-inspected meat cut fresh in store, farm-fresh fruits and vegetables and other non-food items.
