BJ’s Wholesale Club has announced the locations of its newest clubs, set to open in early 2025. The stores in Hanover Township and Southern Pines will mark the retailer’s 25th club in New Jersey and 10th in North Carolina.
“We are excited to deliver the unbeatable value our membership offers to even more families in New Jersey and North Carolina,” said Bill Werner, EVP of strategy and development, BJ’s Wholesale Club.
“As we continue to expand our footprint along the East Coast and beyond, we look forward to helping more families save up to 25 percent off grocery store prices every day.”
The company announced earlier this year eight new clubs opening across the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast, as well as expansion into its 21st state with an opening in Louisville, Kentucky, in early 2025.

As BJ’s expands its footprint in New Jersey and North Carolina, it continues to support the communities where its consumers and team members live and work. The company is driven by its purpose of “taking care of the families who depend on us.” Through the BJ’s Charitable Foundation and its partnership with Feeding America, BJ’s has a commitment to providing healthy food to families in need.
BJ’s Wholesale Club offers a convenient one-stop shopping experience that includes a large selection of fresh foods, produce, a full-service deli, household essentials, pet supplies and other exclusive offerings. The new clubs will also feature an assortment of local and seasonal items, as well as home décor, apparel, toys and tech.
BJ’s members can choose from a variety of convenient shopping options like in-club shopping, curbside pickup, in-club pickup, same-day and standard delivery from BJs.com. When shopping in-club, members have access to ExpressPay through the BJ’s mobile app, a service that allows shoppers to scan products as they go and avoid the checkout line.
