Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Co. has acquired Trenton Coca-Cola Bottling Company, based in Trenton, Missouri.
All employees will join the Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Co. team during the transition.

Both companies boast a long history of family ownership and a commitment to serving their communities.

Following the acquisition, Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company will have a combined workforce of about 875 employees and distribute nearly 18 million cases of beverages across 10 territories in five states. The company plans to rebrand the company in the coming weeks.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
