Karns Foods, a 10-store establishment serving communities across the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area, has appointed three family members to its executive team as CEO, president and chief HR officer.

Mathew Rudderow steps into the position of president, marking a new chapter for Karns Foods. Drawing upon his operations and procurement experience, he is prepared to lead the company with a focus on innovation, technology and sustained growth.
Completing the trio of family members in leadership roles is Megan Karns, who assumes the role of chief human resources officer.
