Lakeland, Florida-based Publix has opened a new store at 11341 Normandy Blvd. in Jacksonville, Florida.
The grocer previously opened two new supermarkets April 18 in the Sunshine State – 19050 Corkscrew Road in Estero and 7655 Stadium Parkway in Melbourne – and also reopened its store at 81 Alafaya Woods Blvd. in Oviedo.
Publix adds these to its growing number of new and remodeled locations in Florida, including supermarkets in Miami, Royal Palm Beach, Sarasota, Westlake, Fort Myers and Boynton Beach.
Each of the stores feature departments for grocery, dairy, frozen food, seafood, meat and fresh produce, as well as a full-service bakery, deli and pharmacy.
They all have a deli counter with Boar’s Head meats and cheeses. Their delis also offer an international selection of olives and more than 200 artisan cheeses. The produce departments carry organic and conventionally-grown fresh fruits and vegetables.
The stores feature a meat department with custom cuts, including Publix private label all-natural and organic GreenWise chicken. Their seafood departments carry fresh seafood and wild and farm-raised fish, as well as a variety of shellfish.
The wine department at these Florida Publix locations offers a variety of premium and specialty wines from the U.S. and around the world, along with a large selection of champagnes and sparkling wines. The selection also includes fine wines made with organic grapes.
Lastly, the pharmacy will include a variety of body care products and a selection of natural and conventional vitamins, minerals and supplements.
Publix provides contactless pay options and convenient services such as grocery delivery, powered by Instacart.
