“We are proud to work with the Kellogg Co. to get important resources to food banks and the hunger-fighting heroes who are on the frontlines helping fight food insecurity and end hunger,” said Karen Meleta, Wakefern Food Corp. and ShopRite’s chief communications officer.

“These donations are part of our Kellogg’s Better Days Promise to make communities better. We’re proud to partner with ShopRite to help families in America, as Kellogg shares ShopRite’s commitment to feed and fulfill those in need and positively impact our communities.”
In addition to the donations, ShopRite also sold special-edition Rice Krispies cereal boxes with the opportunity for customers to win free cereal for a year. Kellogg’s mascots Tony the Tiger and Snap, Crackle and Pop also took part in the check presentations..
