Associated Grocers of Baton Rouge has announced the 2023 Associated Grocers GMRA Scholarship Fund recipients.
The Associated Grocers/GMRA partnership scholarship program aids students working within AG retail member stores. Recipients receive $1,000 the first year ($500 per semester) and $3,000 for each of the following three years ($1,500 per semester) that they remain there.
The Louisiana-based 2023 scholarship winners are:
- Brooklyn Cady – Champagne’s in Carencro;
- Stevie Campagna – Oak Point Fresh Market in Greenwell Springs;
- Breanna Chapman – Carter’s Supermarket in Denham Springs;
- Allison Hedrick – Matherne’s Market at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge;
- Trent Landry – Midway Grocery in Donaldsonville;
- Caroline Marcel – Marcel’s Supermarket in Houma;
- Emily Marcel – Marcel’s Supermarket in Houma;
- Eli St. Germain – Pierre Part Store in Pierre Part;
- Braeden St. Pierre – Delaune’s Supermarket in St. Amant; and
- Joey Zeringue – Murray’s Market in St. Amant.
