“I’m committed to tapping into the potential of the people of Lipman and fostering an environment for innovation and growth in order to meet the future needs of the produce supply chain,” said Elyse Lipman, CEO.

“My role is to create runways for our best-in-class team of operators and problem-solvers to thrive.”

With its vertically integrated model and partnerships across research and development, Lipman keeps a pulse on products with sought-after consumer qualities, such as flavor and color. This has led to its latest introduction of two flavor-centric tomato varieties to the market.

During SEPC’s Southern Innovations, attendees will be able to see  these award-winning tomatoes. The Monet Red, recipient of the 2023 Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute, will be featured in the innovation showcase.

Visitors to the Lipman booth No. 633 will have the opportunity to taste both the Monet Red and the Bellavina tomatoes, also a 2023 Superior Taste Awards winner.

By creating authentic connections between its employees, customers and communities for 75 years, Lipman Family Farms has become one of the nation’s largest integrated networks of growers, fresh-cut processors and distributors of fresh produce. The company prides itself on being an international company that remains family-owned, providing solutions in research and development, field growing, greenhouse growing, procuring, packing, repacking, fresh-cut processing, distributing, food safety and culinary development.
