Franklin, Tennessee-based Resource Label Group LLC, a full-service provider of label and packaging solutions, has acquired Dallas, Texas-based TQL Packaging Solutions.

Offering both digital and flexographic printing, TQL Packaging Solutions is a prime label and flexible packaging company. It offers a broad range of custom packaging solutions including pouches, fin seal packaging, pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, roll fed wrap, tamper evident and extended content labels for a variety of industries.
Founded in 1995 by Scott Smith, TQL Packaging Solutions originally positioned the company as a flexographic label provider. As president, Smith expanded capabilities to strengthen its offerings in flexible packaging and digital printing.
