Among the highlights:
- The company works with local farmers and growers to ensure the fruits and vegetables it offers are of the highest quality and freshness.
- Its butchers bring the counter to a table on the sales floor and cut different types of meat to shoppers’ specifications.
- Market meals kits for two can be ready in 20 minutes or less. Each kit features instructions and items from The Fresh Market’s meat, seafood and produce departments.
- In-house guacamole is made fresh daily with California avocados.
- Customers are encouraged to sign up for The Ultimate Loyalty Experience, whose members can receive a free slice of The Ultimate Birthday Cake during their birthday month, as well as special savings.
The Fresh Market also is introducing The Birthday in a Box to help plan a celebration. Loyalty members receive $10 off the $49.99 box, which includes the following:
