Hamilton, Montana-based Local Bounti Corp. has expanded its Grab & Go salad kit line to include antibiotic-free white meat chicken in two new recipes.
Consumers in the Pacific Northwest can find Local Bounti’s Artisanal Chicken Caesar and Memphis Style Barbecue Chicken Salad Kits in the produce department of select local grocery stores.
Local Bounti is leveraging its indoor growing facilities and stack-and-flow technology to offer fresher, sustainable produce year-round. The salad kit line features chef-inspired salads that are ready to eat, providing consumers with a convenient meal option.

Local Bounti’s greenhouse-grown Artisanal Chicken Caesar salad features romaine lettuce, antibiotic-free white meat chicken, parmesan cheese and croutons, topped with Romano Caesar dressing. The Memphis Style Barbecue Chicken salad is also greenhouse-grown with romaine lettuce and also features honey hickory seasoned antibiotic-free white meat chicken, a corn and black bean salsa, pickled red onions and crispy fried onions, pepperjack cheese and barbecue ranch dressing.
