Bloomfield, New Jersey-based Bonne Maman Preserves has announced its new line of fruit spreads, adding a reduced sugar option to its family of preserves, curds, herbal teas and gift boxes.
The company currently has six flavors of fruit spreads available – red fruit, cherry, apricot, orange, strawberry and blueberry. They contain 38 percent less sugar, and 28-34 percent more fruit than Bonne Maman preserves, while also being gluten-free.
The company’s line of preserves contains 13 grams of sugar while the new fruit spreads contain 8 grams.
Made with natural ingredients, the fruit spreads are packaged in a spin on the glass jar that the company said people love to upcycle for use in different ways.
Produced in France, Bonne Maman is made with natural ingredients, has no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial additives and no added preservatives. Bonne Maman preserves, jellies and spreads are non-GMO project verified.
The company has also recently launched a limited edition Caramel Delight Spreads Trio, featuring a Madagascar Vanilla Caramel spread, Coffee Caramel spread and a Hazelnut Praline Caramel spread. The packaged trio of spreads retails for $19.90 and is available while supplies last.
