SIAL America, the cross-category generalist food and beverage show, has added new top name exhibitors to its inaugural show March 22-24 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
SIAL America will host more than 200 domestic and international exhibitors along with wholesalers, distributors, importers, retailers and restaurateurs to learn and innovate at the expo.
With a strong variety of exhibitors from 19 different countries, the SIAL America show will be a B2B food and beverage event in the U.S. Exhibitors including Supreme Crab and Seafood, Delicious Beverage, Primary Colors, Nippon Trends Food Service Inc., and Pansardo LLC. are among the newly named companies that will be featured at the show.
Each exhibitor will have a booth highlighting their specialty brands including ramen, chicken marmalade, specialty treats, Italian breads and chips.
“We are beyond excited for the magnitude of exhibitors and seminars that will be featured at SIAL America’s debut show this month,” said Colleen Truman, VP of global food group at Emerald Holding Inc. “From seafood exhibitor, Supreme Crab and Seafood to sweet treats exhibitor, Primary Colors, there is really something for every demographic and attendee that is present. Everyone will have the opportunity to learn more about these exhibitors and see their dedicated booths, featuring multiple different countries and brands. Our exhibitor and attendee rosters are growing daily, and we are excited for everyone to inspire each other to help continue evolve the food industry to the next level.”
Throughout the three-day event, attendees will be able to attend keynote seminars from Food Network Star, Iron Chef judge and restaurateur Donatella Arpaia along with Las Vegas-based baker, Chef Mitchie Curran of Mitchies Munchies.
Additional thought-leadership seminars focused on trending food and beverage industry topics will be held as well. Sessions will feature a range of subjects including, “Innovations in the Protein Aisle,” “Vegan Made Easy,” “Cooking with CBD Oil,” “Selling Beef and Dairy in a Plant-Based World” and “Beverage Trends in 2022.”
In accordance with guidance from Nevada State and the World Health Organization, SIAL America has implemented additional health and safety measures to ensure the safest possible environment for attendees to effectively conduct business. SIAL America will have an increased number of health and safety ambassadors throughout the venue to ensure guidelines are being followed and provide masks to guests who may need one.
Vaccinated attendees are encouraged but not required to wear masks at SIAL America. Unvaccinated attendees are required to wear a face mask at all times and maintain appropriate social distancing.
