Chandler, Arizona-based AJ’s Fine Foods will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day holiday on March 17 with a menu featuring a trio of chef-prepared hot and ready-to-enjoy Irish dishes throughout the day.
AJ’s Bistro will feature three traditional Irish meals. Customers can choose form corned beef brisket with cabbage, red potatoes, and Irish soda bread; Shepard’s Pie, served with Irish soda bread and two side items; or a hot corned beef sandwich with choice of side. The St. Patrick’s Day menu will be served throughout the lunch and dinner hours.
AJ’s Boulangerie will also host a selection of Irish-inspired cakes, shamrock-shaped cookies and other gourmet goodies. The grocer is also offering shoppers a selection of Irish favorites so they can create authentic celebrations at home, including choice flat-cut corned beef brisket from AJ’s Butcher’s Corner, blocks of savory Kerrygold Reserve Irish Cheddar Cheese, Irish soda bread, and the Irish beer, Guinness, available in Pub Draught cans and bottles.
The celebrations will take place at 11 AJ’s Fine Foods’ locations in Chandler, Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tucson
