Encino, California-based Gelson’s is highlighting a new dish for the Mardi Gras holiday festivities – Gelson’s Crawfish and Shrimp Boil.
The chef-inspired recipe is an homage to the Big Easy delicacy, packed with crawfish, extra-jumbo shrimp, Andouille sausage, fresh vegetables, Cajun garlic butter sauce and broth.
Order online at gelsons.com/crawfishboil or pick up in-store from the self-serve section in the Gelson’s Kitchen. The crawfish and shrimp boil will be available March 3-6 and 10-13 while supplies last. Customers can pick up their boils from a Gelson’s store between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
