Sprouts Farmers Market will celebrate the grand opening of its newest Denver, Colorado store with special events on Jan. 14, including opportunities to meet Terrell Davis and a weekend-long 20 percent discount for local shoppers. The new location is at 5670 North Tower Road in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.

Terrell Davis Defy Water Giveaways are set for 10 a.m.-noon. Davis, former NFL All Pro running back, two-time Super Bowl champion and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, will be onsite for meet and greets and giveaways with customers who purchase quantities of Defy Ionized Alkaline Water.
Shoppers who purchase certain quantities of Defy onsite will receive items including autographed cards and photos, selfies with Davis and entries to win an autographed jersey.
Sprouts Foundation and the Alta Vista High School demonstration is scheduled for 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Shoppers can join the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation and students from Alta Vista High School’s culinary program to learn more about Sprouts’ involvement in supporting local nutrition education and food access programs across Denver. Culinary students will demo and sample freshly made guacamoles featuring Sprouts’ avocados and seasonal ingredients.
The Sprouts Foundation is awarding a $2,500 donation to support Alta Vista’s culinary program in celebration of the new store opening.
20 percent off Friday through Sunday
From Jan. 14-16, customers with the Sprouts app who set the new Denver Green Valley Ranch location as their store can clip a digital coupon for 20 percent off their purchase all weekend.
The discount applies to items like seasonal produce, including hundreds of organic items, exclusive grocery products at Sprouts’ Innovation Center and a wide selection of immune-boosting supplements.
Through the app, shoppers can view Sprouts’ weekly ad and save more than $100 with digital coupons on grocery staples and new items every month.
Sprouts recently enhanced its commitment to Colorado by opening a fresh produce distribution center in Aurora, enabling local stores to carry more local and organic produce among its center-store selection.
