Publix Super Markets will open a new store at 7 a.m. on Nov. 10 in the East Cobb Crossing shopping center in Marietta, Georgia.
This 37,400-square-foot store, located at 4269 Roswell Road, will bring 135 new jobs to the area. It will have traditional grocery, dairy and frozen food departments along with full-service bakery, deli, pharmacy, seafood, meat and fresh produce departments.
“Publix is proud to continue to grow in Cobb County,” said Brenda Reid, community relations manager for Publix’s Atlanta division. “Next year marks 30 years since we opened our first store in the Metro Atlanta area. Highland Plaza on Sandy Plains Road in Marietta was our first store in the area.”
Publix offers numerous contactless pay options and convenient shopping services like curbside pick-up, grocery delivery powered by Instacart and pharmacy delivery. It also will offer free Wi-Fi throughout the store.
