Nominations Sought For Shelby Southwest ‘Women Of Influence’ Program

Female trendsetters can be nominated for the 2021 Southwest “Women of Influence in the Food Industry” recognition program to be published in the November edition of The Shelby Report of the Southwest.

The Griffin Report of the Northeast has experienced overwhelming support of this special section for more than 16 years. This recognition is expanding to the Southwest, Midwest, Southeast and West regions of The Shelby Report in November.

Qualified candidates must be women who possess a superior level of dedication and professionalism in the food retail industry. She exemplifies tenacity and exhibits leaderships skills seen while on the job or through charitable work.

These women play a significant role in the companies they work for and make positive contributions to the industry.

Up to three women who work in the food retail industry may be submitted for nomination. 

Nominations are free and are open to retailers, wholesalers/distributors, trade associations, suppliers, solutions providers and sales and marketing agencies.

The various women selected will be featured in an editorial cameo in the “Women of Influence in the Food Industry” section, to be published in the November 2021 issue of The Shelby Report of the Southwest.

Nominations must be submitted via the official online entry form, which can be accessed here.

The deadline to submit nominations is Sept. 3.
