Boca Raton, Florida-based Banana Wave has launched its latest banana milk offering, Banana Wave Unsweetened Original. Dedicated to providing consumers with a satisfying and nutritious non-dairy milk alternative, the newest flavor features the signature base of fiber-rich oat milk and whole bananas with a touch of Madagascar vanilla, now with zero added sugar.
Packed with whole bananas, fiber-rich oats and essential vitamins, Banana Wave Unsweetened Original offers a creamy taste and texture combined with zero fat and cholesterol, no added sweeteners, artificial coloring or flavors. Unlike other dairy-free milks, the plant-based, gluten-free and non-GMO beverage delivers a blend of vitamins A, B12, C, D and E, along with potassium and high fiber naturally found in bananas and oats.
While most plant-based milks have a thinner consistency, Banana Wave’s smooth, rich texture provides an alternative that is ideal splashed into a smoothie, as a replacement for dairy in a favorite breakfast or dessert recipe, or simply enjoyed by the glass.
“As a health enthusiast myself, I was all in when it came to creating a new Banana Wave product that meets the needs of those who need to reduce their sugar consumption for various health and lifestyle reasons, but don’t want to sacrifice great flavor,” said Steven Gelerman, CEO of Banana Wave. “Our Banana Wave Unsweetened Original truly fills the void in the alternative milk category as a plant-based milk with zero added sugar or fat, that actually tastes delicious. Banana Wave Unsweetened Original delivers on exceptional health along with the creamy taste and texture we all crave, and we are proud to add it to our product lineup.”
Unsweetened Original joins the company’s line of other flavors, Original, Chocolate, Strawberry and Mango, and is available in a 32 fl. oz. container for $3.99 MSRP. Banana Wave products are available on Amazon and retailers nationwide including Acme, Albertson’s, Big Y, Giant Food, H-E-B., Market Basket, Price Chopper, Safeway, Sprouts and Whole Foods Market.
