Bashas’ Family of Stores is looking to add nearly 700 people to its roster. The jobs will fill a variety of full-time and part-time positions at its more than 100 locations throughout Arizona.
The open positions range from hourly clerks to store managers and everything in between, especially skilled bakers and meat cutters who can immediately join the team.
The hometown grocer is holding a job fair from 1-6 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at Victory Outreach, 4655 W. McDowell Road, Suite 101, in Phoenix.
During the job fair, applicants will meet with Bashas’ hiring team for an interview, complete paperwork and submit to drug screening. Face masks, social distancing and a health/temperature check will be required. In many cases, applicants will be hired on the spot.
Applications can be completed in advance online at bashas.com, using the grocer’s newest mobile-friendly hiring platform.

Open positions include:
- Bakery managers, pastry chefs, bakers, cake decorators and bakery clerks;
- Sushi chefs, meat cutters and meat sales clerks;
- Gourmet chefs, barbecue chefs and outside grillers;
- Bistro and deli managers, bistro cooks, bistro and deli clerks;
- Starbucks managers and baristas;
- Produce clerks;
- Floral designers;
- Cashiers, courtesy clerks and delivery drivers;
- Night crew; and
- Dishwashers.
