Jacksonville, Florida-based Southeastern Grocers says it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock by certain of its stockholders. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
SEG intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SEGR.”
BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as joint lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., BMO Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering. Truist Securities is acting as co-manager for the proposed offering.
