Austin, Texas-based Revionics, a provider of retail pricing, promotions, markdowns and advanced analytics solutions, has added Edward Kuehnle as its new customer success director. With more than eight years of pricing and category management experience at Family Dollar, a longstanding Revionics client, Kuehnle has first-hand experience in achieving competitive and value-based pricing using the Revionics Price Optimization solution.
As customer success director, Kuehnle will leverage his direct knowledge of retailer needs and the platform benefits to support the retention and success of the company’s retailer clients. He also will help customers fully utilize the company’s AI-enabled solutions for pricing, promotions and markdowns to optimize revenue and margin growth.
He will engage regularly with retailer executives to validate the company’s delivered business value and will position Revionics to deepen its customer relationships through solution expansion and cross-sell opportunities.

For a year prior to joining Revionics, Kuehnle served as director of customer success with digital sales and marketing company MyMove LLC, where he oversaw 70 high-value client relationships. Before MyMove, Kuehnle spent more than eight years at Family Dollar in pricing roles of increasing responsibility, and as a buyer and category director for the discount retailer’s beverage and snack categories. Having run the Revionics price optimization solution early in his Family Dollar tenure, Kuehnle was most recently responsible for a $1.4 billion portfolio and managed a team of seven employees to drive profitable sales growth.
Kuehnle’s background also includes sales and recruiting roles with Johnson Brothers Carolina Distributing, TEK systems and The Hershey Co.. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Wake Forest University.
